could someone tell me what the difference is in pengelite 1&2 and which one is better?

Both suck hardcore, just get OpenCPv4.3.

PE_Public is only good for testing.

Obviously two is better, all newer versions are better. I think two has more features like set a time for banning someone and some other things I can't remember.

Again, just get OpenCPv4.3 (or any OpenCP, for that matter). (or iCPPS. <3).

LOLno. For testing items and rooms, yes. OpenCP v4 (or 4.3) are both better. If you have Linux, use iCPPS.
