I have heard complaints about not being able to access the x10Hosting CPanel, due to an error that forbids a person from entering the CPanel, even though the credentials that person has entered is correct.

This error only happens in the 'English' version of CPanel Accel2.

This can be easily bypassed.

• Type your CPanel address in the URL Bar
• Go to the footer of the page, and click 'Espanol'.
• Then Log-in with your normal account.
• Then, on the homepage. Change the language to 'Ingles'.
• There you have it.
