Lol, who said that CPPSes site is good? Replace the current background CSS with this.

As for me on my 27" iMac (and any other reasonable sized monitor) the background is repeated all over the place and looks awful. Also you need to setup a font (google webfonts: PT Sans). Currently you're using a random system default font which adds to the awfulness of this website. You should also use CSS for the font colours (even tho the colours you're using ruin the site) instead of <font color=blah">text</font>. The only thing I like on this website is "Welcome to...." as it adds a bit of depth to the site. Also improve your grammar, otherwise NO ONE will take you seriously. Also what's with http://unknownpengui....org/register/? The captcha is messed and the whole page is disgusting. Here's a same of my register: http://fucked.x10.mx/register/.
